All website projects begin with a clearly defined scope, which includes features, functionalities, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Work outside this scope (“change orders”) will require a separate quotation and client approval before execution.
Estimated timelines for delivery are based on full cooperation from the client, including timely feedback and provision of required materials. Delays in content submission or approvals may lead to a rescheduling of project milestones.

All project communication must be kept professional. Voice notes, calls, and emails are official communication and part of our records. We do not accept last-minute demands, aggressive behavior, or language that violates mutual respect.
Our maintenance packages cover:
Clients who opt into a maintenance plan must pay monthly fees as agreed. Any non-payment may lead to suspension of maintenance services.
All work completed and billed is non-refundable. Cancellation of a project must be made in writing. Upon cancellation, all work completed up to that point will be billed and delivered.
Pseudocode Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All proprietary content (text, logos, media) provided by the client remains their property.
